Project Description

Monaghan and Carroll Ltd - Building Contractors, were appointed main contractors for this three storey building containing 120m2 post office retail unit and 240m2 of commercial office space.

The building was an extension to the The Bridge Shopping Centre and careful attention was required to ensure all finishes matched in to the original building and that when the new openings were broken out into the original shopping centre that all levels remained the same. The project works involved;

~ Demolitions and site clearance.

~Erect concrete structural frame.

~ Installation of concrete 1st and 2nd floors and concrete staircases.

~ Complete electrical & mechanical installations.

~ External finishes and shop fronts.

~Internal finishes, painting and decorating.
